The appointment with the new procedures for checking went well. I felt all my questions were answered even though I could not see the vet or tech in person. Both really took extra time and cared about my pet.

We weren’t seen until about 45 minutes after our scheduled time but given the circumstances that is understandable. Once our puppy was seen, the vet answered all of our questions and was very helpful. The tech was very kind and helpful. We had to pick up medications the next day and the tech that we talked with was very knowledgeable and patient with our questions. We have brought all of our pets for the past 13 years to Countryside vet and never considered changing when we got our new puppy!

This is such a challenging time to provide service, but the team at Countryside is rising to the challenges and still maintaining such a positive rapport with both the humans and their fur babies!

Everything was great as always. Andrea the tech was super helpful, Dar was friendly and helpful on the phone, and Dr. Jay is awesome.

I did not go into the building during this appointment due to COVID-19 however the staff was very nice over text, when the technician came to get my dog, when they called to receive payment, and when they brought my dog back out to me. Plus the appointment was right on time. I was very pleased and happy. They were so pleasant and it was such an icky day outside, yet they smiled beneath the mask! Thank you so much!!!

Countryside is always there for me and my pets, doesn t matter if it s a routine physical visit or a specific issue they are always there and caring. I would recommend them to anyone looking for top notch care for your pet.

My dogs and I really love Dr. Sarah Popp. She has the veterinary expertise and can communicate in a way the average person can understand. I never feel rushed like she needs to move on to the next appointment.

The young lady that came out was wonderful. Great PR person. I ll be back when needed.
