Evening appointments really are needed as an option. Only days and weekends is very inconvenient and my dog wasn t able to get his rabies shot by the due date because of this.

My cats are treated with respect and provide with loving care. I enjoy the visits with Amber and Dr. Jay. Keep up the great work. A

I have been to veterinarian clinics in Milwaukee, Houston, Baltimore and Green Bay. Countryside is by far the best!!! Very organized, professional and extremely caring about our pets. I would tell everyone to have their pets see Dr. Meg Hietpas, but then my cat Angela would not be able to get an appointment with her.

The appointment went well and they were kind and gentle to Frankie who is very shy.

Dr. Brian was awesome. He handled Lido with understanding. My pup settled down to the point of laying on the floor. Together we were able to get all of his vaccines given without any issues. You re awesome Dr. Brian!

We just love Dr. Jay and Amber. They have been taking care of our cat for the last 11 years and we couldn t be happier. They listen and care about what they do and their patient s.

They were very nice to my rescue, and understood how anxious he was. They made it easier to get through the exam and vaccinations. The only thing was that there was hair on the pad on the small dog/ cat scale. Otherwise, it was clean.
