It was great that the veterinarian had the time to look at Snowball right away so the stress of being in the kennel disappeared for her and the time I’d have take to come back over during working hours didn’t have to happen. I understand this isn’t the norm, but just wanted to say thanks again.

I think the vet that was working with my Dixie was doing the best. The problem with my girl was she was acting like she was dizzy or couldn’t keep her balance thought maybe it was a inner ear problem. All and all I think she is trying counteract the problem. The care we receive for our dogs at Countryside is outstanding. I can t say enough good things about Dr. Jay Peters and his tech, Amber. The care and attention to detail that they give Baron is absolutely outstanding. I couldn t ask for a better team to help with the care of Baron. Big THANK YOU to all they do!!!

The only reason my appt. wasn t on time was because of an emergency situation that happened before I got there. They all were so friendly and accomodating! The technician was super friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and helpful, and the vet was excellent and very thorough! The follow through was awesome too! The vet called and shared the results of my dog s results and that was impressive! The receptionist was also very friendly and explained why I might have to wait a bit. I was very pleased with my experience!
