I regularly recommend people I know to go to HAH. I have never had a bad appointment. There can be a bit of a wait when I go, but it doesn’t really bother me and is worth it for the quality of care. I am very satisfied and appreciative of how Dr. Ward is handling my health concerns for my dog.

My family is always very happy with the services that we get from each doctor we have seen here. The advantage to staying with a practice is that they know you and how you feel about each of your pets, 4 and they tailor their recommendations based on this. You don’t get that kind of care everywhere.

They’re always so helpful and very patient. I recently had to put my dog to sleep and they were just so nice to all of us and tried helping with everything we needed. I would recommend them to anyone!

Met the new doctor for the first time. The vets spend more time with my dog than my own doctor spends with me when I have an appointment.

Only complaint was the 30 minute wait time to be seen! This was unusual though and normally things are very prompt. I understand sometimes the scheudle gets outta whack for any number of reasons! We love HAH.
