I absolutely love Dr. Ward! I appreciate the time she takes with my dogs. She is always thorough and takes time to explain to me my options or explains to me what is wrong. I really appreciate the time Dr. Ward spent explaining things, I like knowing what s happening and getting tips for things I can do to help my pets health (like the trying the finger toothbrush to help with their back teeth). I feel like they received good care. Only recommendation would be that it would be nice to receive an appointment card when making an appointment in person - I had my hands full trying to hold on to two pups and wasn t able to add it to my calendar on my phone. That s super minor though - definitely recommend HAH!

My visits at HAH are always top notch! The staff, nurses, and doctors are always just wonderful. This visit there was a bit of a wait time this time around but it is no big deal and totally not characteristic of HAH. Not a problem -- I understand sometimes there are just days where you get slammed!
