We are always pleased with the care shown not only to our pets, but to the owners from the vets and staff. Thank you all.

I really appreciate the time Dr. Ward spent explaining things, I like knowing what s happening and getting tips for things I can do to help my pets health (like the trying the finger toothbrush to help with their back teeth). I feel like they received good care. Only recommendation would be that it would be nice to receive an appointment card when making an appointment in person - I had my hands full trying to hold on to two pups and wasn t able to add it to my calendar on my phone. That s super minor though - definitely recommend HAH!

My visits at HAH are always top notch! The staff, nurses, and doctors are always just wonderful. This visit there was a bit of a wait time this time around but it is no big deal and totally not characteristic of HAH. Not a problem -- I understand sometimes there are just days where you get slammed!

I switched over to your facility after feeling concerned about the future care of my 4 cats. They were normally rushed through their exams and shuffled out the door at their previous vet. At Harrisonburg Animal Hospital, I feel like the veterinarians really take the time to listen to my concerns and take them seriously, while also offering great advice. Thank you so much for taking that extra time in learning my pet s needs as well as my own! It does not go unnoticed! Thank you!

It would be nice if the visit summary stated the animal s weight.

You guys know how much we love everyone there but my only complaint is that all the employees want to take my puppies...lol. Just kidding...no complaints whatsoever!!

I have always been pleased with the service. I would not want to leave my dog anywhere else. I know that she will get more than food and shelter. She will also get the love and attention that is so important for me to be comfortable leaving her.

Everyone at HAH is always super friendly and helpful, I really appreciate the TLC they give to my pets.

Perhaps some sort of Puppy Package which would include all vaccines, deworming and spay/neuter, etc. I have a few friends (not locally) who have received this option at their Vets. Maybe something worth looking into for the future.
