Very prompt. Staff very friendly. Dr Ward took her time in explaining results of exam and made sure all our questions were answered before we left. It is clear she had my pet s best interest in mind but was also very conscientious about making the new treatment option fit into our family budget.

Everyone has always been nice and very helpful. Love Harrisonburg animal hospital. The only thing I would complain about,it s a little pricey.
