The vet was very helpful and explained her evaluation of Zeba in detail, even providing us with written information about vestibular desiese. The follow up call two days later was much appreciated as well.

It was a big expense and Lynn called me to explain what was involved and to verify I was ok with the expense. This was great customer service and concern.

Someone helped me find a cheaper way to get my dogs trazodone w good Rx and called to make sure we still had refills. I’m so sad I can’t remember her name—Ashley? Rachel? I love Harrisonburg Animal Hospital. Dr. Ward and her staff are amazing with my dogs. They sit on the floor with them. They love on them and help them feel safe and relaxed. I am grateful for each one of them!

We have been patients of this clinic for over 20 years and service has always been exceptional! We drive by many other Veterinary practices that are closer to our home but are loyal to this team because they treat us like family. Always have and we are so appreciative of the service and expertise of everyone on the team!

I really love this office and would highly recommend it to a friend! The staff, nurses, and doctors are always so kind, and it’s so easy to tell that they love my pet and care about his wellbeing. Thank you for everything you for us and our pets!
