I dropped my pet off for the appointment so I didn t personally meet with the doctor but the tech I spoke to on the phone (Valerie?) did a great job explaining everything and double checked with the Dr Cash when I had a question.

I appreciated the extra time spent explaining the different procedures and cost of those procedures before my deciding to do them or not proceed to do them.

Dr Ward was very patient and answered all my questions. She made me feel comfortable. They called and followed as well. That makes me fell my dog is important. Thank you!!

Everybody is very loving in doing their job. With what I have found out about my dog I very heart breaking and everybody there was kind and understanding of my feelings towards my dog. I will recommend anybody there for the friendliness of the staff.

It was a very busy Saturday, but I never felt rushed. Dr. Cash spent plenty of time discussing options and answering questions about my dog. The receptionist was very busy, it was a longer amount of time waiting to check out (because of a mix up) but the receptionist kept calm and professional. I appreciate the Saturday hours and I have never been unhappy with the clinic!

We are always so please with the care Rocco receives! Dr. Ward is great and very thorough. Highly recommend!

This place was great with my Husky/Shep that just hates to go there. They handle her with no problems. They are all friendly and I could not ask for a better place.
