I put NA regarding cleanliness of facility because i did not go in due to COVID protocols. However, the office and exam rooms have always provided a clean environment for all of my previous visits. Thank you for the wonderful work you do.

Due to the Covid 19 outbreak I did not enter the facilities but I will say, I have never seen the office anything but pristine. Dr. Cash worked me in a day earlier than my scheduled appointment to see my dog, Tonka. She performed surgery that day and probably saved my boy s life. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart Dr. Cash and everyone at Harrisonburg Animal Hospital. You always go above and beyond to care for my babies and I truly appreciate that. Sheena Dawson

The doctor did not speak to me about my pet but the tech was very thorough and helpful. My pet received great care.

Katie is amazing. She is the best technician. So polite and takes good care of both the animal and the customer. She explained everything extremely well and even brought a paper about it when I had questions. I will be requesting her in the future.

Everyone was so kind and thoughtful during my end of life experience with my dog. Thank you all again.
