Our first visit was an emergency ... December 03, 2018 Our first visit was an emergency & we ve had drop-offs & follow-ups related to that for a couple of days & likely have more. Even when the office has been busy, everyone has been fantastic. The love & kindness shown to humans & animals alike is wonderful. It is clear that everyone we ve met there both loves their job & loves animals. And they don t seem to mind the humans who come w/ them, either! :) |

November 22, 2018 i felt the dr. should have introduced herself to my dog before handling him and checking him for his initial visit. making eye contact, petting him first. he snarled a little when she was touching his hot spots and then she backed off after that seeming to cut the appt. short. he might not have done that if she spent a few seconds petting him first. |

I love Silver Maple vet, from ... November 15, 2018 I love Silver Maple vet, from the receptionists to the techs to the veterinarians, they are all wonderful; however, I ve had several bills where I had to call and question them only to find out errors were made each time. I wish more care/time were invested in the billing process as I worry I may not have caught all unnecessary costs and this takes time and confidence away from me and Silver Maple. |

You should be more up front ... November 12, 2018 You should be more up front about the cost of medication through you while discussing them in the exam room. Especially since there are much cheaper ways to get meds for pets these days. More pets will get the meds and care they deserve if you would let people know they could save money by going elsewhere for the meds and preventatives they need. |
