Brittney is great... she always does a wonderful job.

We take our dog for grooming. He is an elderly old guy but Brittany does an incredible job with him. She us sweet, patient and most importantly he is beautifully groomed. She is great!

As lovely as your facility is it is very expensive and many friends and I feel that having a pet is getting beyond reasons labor with the charges for grooming and teeth cleaning and of course the astronomical cost when a pet is sick. I don t know what you can do but it is an issue of concern in the community. Thought you would like to know.

The new robotic system that notifies you is awful. It cheapens your business and is not working properly. The voice is extremely amateurish and sounds like she is scared and call did not come in until 5:30--after you are closed. The e-mail did not come in at all. I liked your girls calling--it makes your business more personal. Call me if you wish.

Dr Shepherd is great! Always has a smile or two or three for you, is kind to pets, takes time to answer questions and explain things to us, is thorough, makes us feel very comfortable no matter what the issue. We love being able to check out with the tech in the treatment room, too.

We have enjoyed the services of Palm City Animal Medical Center since 1987 and have found the Doctors, Staff and Groomers to be extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the privilege of having a pet is becoming costly, if not cost prohibitive for Seniors and low income families.

I e been at Palm City Veteran twice this week. The first visit Tues. was for a spay, and I was very unhappy with the face I was not contacted when the surgery was over nor when she was ready to come home. The second was Fri. When I ran over her with my golf cart. I couldn t have been happier for the speed of seeing Dr Shepard. He checked her over and said she was shaken, but not injured. I was pleased to meet him, and will see him from now on. Thanks JP

The visit was for a bath

I understand that the day my dog was seen for the first time, it was very busy. I was able to get a same day appointment, so I didn t mind waiting. The vet tec and doctor both apologized for the delay, and my dog was able to get an excellent grooming the next morning thanks to the exam and vaccination that he received the afternoon before. Having just moved to Palm City a week ago, I am thrilled to have found a place as accommodating as Palm City Animal Medical center

Excellent care and service. Wonderful staff. I would highly recommend bringing your pet here.
