Maybelle s grooming is usually fine but Max comes out looking too much like a Poodle. I ask that both dogs maintain their look and Max not look like a Poodle, that the coats be shorter which works with Maybelle but we don t seem to be able to get that with Max. He also drags his butt and has his tail down for about a week after grooming. Not sure how to solve it but perhaps he is trimmed too close. I do appreciate your services and facility

Gracie went in for a bath on Tuesday 7:45 and originally was going to be 12:30 to be done. I called and she was done at 11:30 because I called and said that is too long for a bath. She comes in every month for grooming and bath in between. I am wondering if they are over booking. Anyone that I talk to said that is too long for a bath. Thank you.

The only thing that threw me was the increase in Keesha Marie s grooming charge. I love bringing her to you but if the price keeps going up I may have to consider a change - which I don t want to do.
