Thanks for getting us in!

I wondered if a litter box is provided for my cat when I bring her in for grooming. She ends up spending most of the day there and during her exam, Dr. Sentell noted her bladder was full- and she did indeed urinate in her carrier in my car on the way home

The prices were a bit of a sticker shock. I would have like to have been advised of the costs of services before they were offered instead of afterwards when it was too late. I didn t like that the tech decided the shots instead of the Dr.

As usual Dr. Paul Wolff went above and beyond in making our Hollie, as well as ourselves extremely comfortable. He was very informative and compassionate. We have been coming to this practice for 20 plus years (with an out of area move, for a few years) But, returned to the area and knew there is only one Veterinary service we would ever use again, being Palm City. Thank you for the outstanding service and for always being there for our pets needs.

Dr. Sentell called later, same day, with blood test results. Cannot ask for better care!

Just a feeling that the doctors over the years aren t LISTENING as much and maybe have other things on their mind...but I think each owner wants their pet to be considered all that is on their mind while in the room and listen to what the client is saying rather than talking ahead of the client.

The front office staff was amazingly friendly. Even the way the answer the phone was impressive. Rather than just putting someone on hold, they politely ask if it s not an emergency would they mind holding. I do appreciate that. Dr. Sheppard was amazing!!! Very compassionate and answered all my questions. I am excited to be bringing my fur kids to your practice. There are quite a few in the neighborhood that already are patients at your practice and we are now excited to be a part of that family as well. Thank you!

I have now had two visits with Dr. Lowe and I am very happy with her care of my cats,Buddy and Rian. Her assistants, Jake and Nicholas were also very professional and put me at ease. I have already recommended Dr. Lowe and your clinic to friends. I just wish I had found you sooner.

Everything is efficient and everyone is courteous and helpful - especially the reception staff - but there are too many intermediaries between reception and checkout. I had been impressed last year, but it has changed since then and the vet exam seemed perfunctory and impersonal.

Buddy came for grooming. He was dropped off at 8:30 am, but was not groomed until 1:00 pm and end time was 1:55. Why is the wait time so long? Where are the dogs kept while they are waiting to be groomed?

I ve always been pleased with the care, attention, compassion, and professionalism of the vets and techs. Keep up the great work!
