Dr. Wolff and his staff were very good with us and very compassionate about our loss of Ozzy the brother of Raven who we wanted checked out ASAP since Ozzy passed away at such a young age, we wanted to make sure if anything was wrong with Raven we would have the best chance to fix it. My dog Pocket had never seen Patty the groomer and the cut and shape of Pocket was truly artistic. She became aware of the separation anxiety of my dog, without being told and kept my dog with her. You are fortunate to have such a caring employee. When I picked my dog up she was not anxious or scared and I was extremely happy I will be back and have already referred one of my friends to Patty and your facility. Thank you

The gals at the front desk are ALWAYS very pleasant and friendly. There is a gentleman that I see often, cleaning, who keeps the area sooo immaculate, even with all the fluffy traffic. Veronica is so freakin talented! My standard poodle looks amazing! Veronica listens to what I ask for in the cut and delivers above and beyond. Daisy loves her, too! No more crying when I drop Daisy off.

As a new client I called my vet and request them to send you the inoculation record. When I arrived I was told the you did not have the record and had to wait until 9:00 am to call my vet, who said they had sent the record; your staff said my vet sent it to the wrong fax number; I guess I will never know but I was upset.

I was given the wrong dose of medication which required another trip to clinic to return-only after I was told Dr Wolff was on lunch & couldnt be disturbed-3 refills on box which clerk had so no need to call dr?I also didnt like being given discharge instructions in lobby after surgery
