I love Dr. Shepherd and all the vet techs here! They are wonderful. But the front staff: I find some of them rude, slightly bullying and ready to pick a fight (which I certainly don t want). Is this because they encounter a lot of rude customers? If this place wasn t so close to home, I would go elsewhere, just because of the bad service up front.

Brittany is such a wonderful groomer and has such compassion for all her pets! My dog, Georgia Belle, is old and nervous but is very comfortable in Brittany’s care!
