Best vet ever would not go anywhere else

I have seen many of the doctors at this practice and everyone including techs and have office staff. are great! Knowledgeable, helpful, and caring. They answer all questions, and are very thorough. I always leave feeling like my dog has received the best attention possible.

New to area. First visit. We were very pleased with everything and we will be bringing our other two cats in soon.

No issues with our annual exam and vaccines.... This survey does not show any numerical number....using iPad, when I touch on the 5th star, excellent, it doesnt show a result, no 5 or no excellent is designated. You cannot tell if anything actually got logged. We love your Vet office and staff and use Sandy Paws 3 days weekly....we buy 20 day packages for the past year or more... Excellent day spa staffing....thanks for providing a professional place for our dog.

Got a same appointment for our sick cat. Dr. Martin and staff spent much time discussing our options and helped us decide on a plan of treatment We really appreciate the followup phone calls. Thank you.

As always the caring and service is absolutely first class. In the ten years we have been bringing our two Goldendoodles for both healthcare and grooming we have never had any complaints of any type. As long as we live in this area we would never bring our pets anywhere else!

I have referred about 4 people to this vet. Very thorough. The staff and Dr. Sheppard are great. Facility is very nice. Even the trauma of losing Rubi my dog of 12 years was handled as well as could be considering the circumstances. Finances are a bit tight so they allow me to facilitate our pets care to what is absolutely necessary. With that said it seems their prices fall within the realm of most vet offices. I see no reason to use anyone else.

Brittany is our groomer for Beemer, a tiny Havanese. She is absolutely terrific, we would not consider taking him anywhere else. Brittany is always upbeat, professional and does a great job. For that matter, we feel that way about the entire practice. The desk staff are always polite and helpful. Dr. Shepard, Dr. Jolin and Dr. Wolf have all treated Beemer are all top notch veterinarians. Dr. Shepard s care during a serious episode with Beemer was extraordinary. Well done. Dianne Robinson
