Staff was very nice and accomodating. It would our first time so although you were restricting people inside because of Covid-19, they let me come in with my dog which I very much appreciated. If we had to come back again soon, I would feel totally comfortable letting you take him inside while I wait in the car. He is already doing much better. Stay healthy and well!

The reception was very friendly and helpful, and I was escorted in to see the vet quickly. Both Dr. Peretz and her assistant (her name may have been Leslie?) were wonderful with my cat, and were so informative to we human members of the family! I would highly recommend this practice to friends.

I cannot say enough good things about West Orange Animal Hospital. Every time I have called to make an appointment or consult with Dr. Bruno, everyone has been extremely kind, patient, and helpful. I have never had to wait more than two days to get an appointment, and I haven’t had to wait extreme times while at the practice, even when waiting for spontaneous x-rays, ultrasounds, and lab work for my cat. Every time I have been, numerous things on the bill have been given as a courtesy, and I have never been unnecessarily charged for anything, as seems to be the case at so many other animal hospitals. Dr. Bruno has gone above and beyond what I ever could have hoped for, and I feel she cares about my pet as much as I do. Her approach to veterinary medicine is logical, practical, and professional. All of my experiences at West Orange have been positive, even while going through a difficult time trying to find a diagnosis for my cat.
