Muy buena atención por parte de todos, desde brindarme la ayuda para sacar a mi perrita del carro cuando llegue y especialmente el afecto, solidaridad,la sensibilidad y el apoyo emocional que me mostraron la doctora Herrera y también quiénes la asistieron en mi consulta aunque no se sus nombres fueron muy amables en general,en momentos en los que a quienes tenemos mascotas enfermas que son parte de nuestra familia nos hace mucho bien ese tipo de atención para asimilar, entender y tomar decisiones importantes, Además que la limpieza e higiene de la clínica es muy buena

Idelmis is the best groomer I have ever been to and I’ve had golden retrievers for over 20 years. I’m sure my 2 year old golden was a handful but she managed to have her looking beautiful! Very happy Gail Schwerdt with Bailey

Love the staff. Always nice and helpful and accommodating. Itbwould be nice to have a Text system to allow to check in and when ready to walk in or picked up from the car for those that need grooming or medical purposes.

I would love to go into the room with my pet to better understand what’s going on with them. Besides that everything was great !

If you are boarding and getting shots the should be a discount.

Staff and Groomer did an excellent job with trimming our SoCo which had many matts in her fur from extended wear of a donut around her neck recuperating from her spade. Thanks to them for her care and excellence in their hair cutting.

I have been a client since your facility first opened but often have to wait 3-4 weeks for appointments. I work full time and sometimes only have 1 weekday off. If those days are already booked, I can t get in for a long time. It is my dog that suffers and that is not good.

I was disappointed the tech never bent down to meet Eevee. Not all dogs are the same. Eevee had to be muzzled, which was a first. I m sorry she snapped at him but I dont feel like he made an effort to connect with her.
