My dog got a flu shot at her eval visit and she wasn t eating properly after that. 2 days later I dropped her off for the day but she wouldn t eat breakfast so I packed it and took it with me so she could eat when she was hungry. When I picked her up I asked if she ate and was told that they didn t feed her and couldn t find her food. That was disheartening. I feel like I m leaving her with strangers, although the staff is friendly I expected a little more interaction than just checking in and out. I d like to know how and what my dog did, eat, sleep, swim. I don t even know if and when there is swim time. The pool was the reason I chose this place. Everything I could see from the webcam was indoor time. Not the experience I was hoping for.

I REALLY appreciated that we were able to drop Maggie off so she could be seen in between the vet s other appointments. We appreciated that so much and it is a great feature to offer your clients. We will definitely be using you as our new vet!

Excellent staff and Doctor, but my prior Vet would allow me to come in anytime to be seen without an appointment with just a five minute call before arrival (for emergencies, my dog is a working K 9). I’m not use to being refused when I know I have an emergency and need to come in… I was asked to take pictures and email them resulting in anabiotic’s called in for an infection. Besides the whole “must have a scheduled appointment” the staff is pleasant the doctor is great and the facility is clean.

The staff was wonderful and took good care of my dog on his first visit to day care. I appreciate the attention they gave him and the patience they showed a nervous pet parent. I’m looking forward to taking my dog back soon!

Wilbur Bud came in for his first appointment. He hails from Suffolk, Va. He was seen very quickly for a temperament evaluation and an annual vaccine. The girls that checked him in were wonderful .They explained everything and were professional. We watched all those dogs in daycare and they were having a ball. The place is clean and we will most likely bring Wilbur for a few daytime sessions. I like the idea of daycare and vet services in one place. I also felt that the fees were reasonable.
