My Dog Nala is very small. I so appreciate the staff who keep an eye on her when she is with the other dogs. They have made me feel comfortable leaving Nala at daycare knowing she is in good hands. Thank you for taking such good care of my sweet girl!!!

I was not allowed in the building. I was not aware of this ahead of time. I would have waited for Jack to be seen. He is not good in cars, so waiting outside was stressful. The Dr is amazing as always, it was difficult to hear her when she came outside to talk with us with the noise of the traffic behind us.

I setup my appointment online instead of calling (hadn t done that before) and unfortunately we were unaware that the lobby was closed. We likely would have rescheduled had we known, since we weren t able to go in for the exam with our pet.

There was no entry so how can you evaluate! The personnel were great! You should of emailed or texted the change for entry!

We had to meet outside d/t the Covid. I don t see why we could not have waited in the lobby area, I think there would have been enough room to stay away from others.

At this extremely difficult time, the staff was very professional and accommodating. Having to come outside to speak with clients and retrieve and return the pets to the owners. The doctor even came outside to watch a video that I had taken to help diagnose my dog. My only negative comments would be that I am still waiting for a call back to set up / provide me with the follow up appointment. I was told that they would be calling later in the day and I am still waiting.

I would like to have Zoey see her same Dr. but no where on the paperwork does it show the Dr. s name. I dont remember the Dr. s name. So, that s an issue.
