Will be going back for my pets vet care.

Disappointment was for a grooming for my dog. She came home with a couple sores from being shaved I believe. When we had a groom two months ago she came home with a bleeding toenail. I m really concerned about what happens when I leave her there for her groomings.

Seems like instructions, even when written down, don’t get communicated or at least they don’t always follow through on them…last 3 visits something was always missed.

I brought my dog and cat for boarding and to be seen by the vet while they were staying. The front desk person put me at ease leaving my babies there. This is an extended stay and they called after the initial exam and were very kind and caring.

Such a great experience! I felt every person working there genuinely cared. Thank you!

Very happy with the service and care. The key factor is Buddy was happy to come back, repeatedly.

Everyone is very nice. Elmer, who usually sees my dog is very kind and makes me and my dog feel valued. The only thing I do not like is that when I ask to stay with my dog during her exam or visit, I am discouraged to do so. I cannot quite figure out why. This does Not sit well with me.

When we booked the boarding we requested they dogs be groomed and were told yes. When we dropped them off they said no they were booked up for a long while and they couldn t be groomed but they could get bathed. When we picked them up they hadn t been bathed. It causes a lack of trust in the care of our dogs.

Our first time here for Forest and Jenny, I feel very comfortable leaving my puppies knowing they are being cared for by loving staff.

My dog was not put back into day care after his grooming. We always request for him to go back so as to not be in a kennel and for him to enjoy playing with other dogs. Otherwise, we are extremely happy with Pet Coral.

we had a 12:30 grooming appointment for our Cavachon and were given an estimated completion time of 2 to 2 and a half hours a longer than normal time but reasonable since we could run some errands. At 3:00 we returned to pick up our dog. However, she was only bathed and dried needing an additional two hours for her haircut. Having evening commitments, we had to leave with her not groomed, a disappointing situation. So we paid for her bath and had to leave. Why make an appointment and miss the estimated completion so badly. We will unfortunately be forced to search for another grooming place.

I m definitely a helicopter parent and the staff has been nothing but nice and helpful to me!

The reception staff explained Ruger would have lab and need injections, then would be evaluated for temperament and introduced to the other dogs. I picked her up 4 1/2hrs, paid the fees and Ruger was brought to me. She did very well and staff explained I could drop her by anytime without appointment. She slept all afternoon, she did carry her rear left leg from over exertion ( had CCL replacement 2 yrs ago), gave her the anti inflammatory from her surgery and she was fine next morning. I was very pleased with everyone and your facility.

Kai visited with the groomer. He left with the best cut he has ever had!

I WAS ASKED TO FORWARD RECENT BLOODWORK FROM OUR CANADIAN VET, WHICH I DID. I EXPECTED A CALL BACK TO FIX A NEXT APPOINTMENT AS THE VET HAD INDICATED. NO CALL YET !

The Doc and Techs are always very helpful, willing to share information, patient and are always willing to go the extra mile. Have recommended to others and will continue to do so.
