Staff & vet were amazing made me and keisha feel right at home

Just wanted you to know I was an able to choose the stars that I wanted which were the highest one to choose. Had a Fantabulous experience at your pet Hospital. I wrote you a good review on Facebook and would recommend you to anyone. Appreciate your staff for being so genuine and kind in having the genuine caring of the animal itself.

The only problem is that they had two emergency euthanasia. Therefore my husband had to wait like 45 minutes. It was explained what the problem was n they apologized profusely for the delay.

We were very thankful that they squeezed us in. And Dr Kate explained all test findings and answered all of our questions

I was very satisfied that I received. The doctor explained things so that I understood and listened to the questions I had. The office was very clean and the staff is great!

Never have a problem

I don t know how long Shilo had to wait in his travel case, it 3 minutes to get home. He had a #2 in the case so when we got home he was covered in 2. I paid $170 for a mat removal which was perfect, but when I got home it was a disaster.

Very disappointed. A urine sample was taken for a suspected UTI. I was charged for a pet examination when Dr. Dean, nor the techs even weighed, listened to her heart, looked in her ears, no physical exam but I was charged for an exam.
