I was impressed with how friendly everyone was. Also how quickly we were seen. Wait time was minimal. Considering that we were there on a semi-emergency visit as a new patient, I thought that we were treated extremely well.

The only problem is that they had two emergency euthanasia. Therefore my husband had to wait like 45 minutes. It was explained what the problem was n they apologized profusely for the delay.

We were very thankful that they squeezed us in. And Dr Kate explained all test findings and answered all of our questions

I was very satisfied that I received. The doctor explained things so that I understood and listened to the questions I had. The office was very clean and the staff is great!

I don t know how long Shilo had to wait in his travel case, it 3 minutes to get home. He had a #2 in the case so when we got home he was covered in 2. I paid $170 for a mat removal which was perfect, but when I got home it was a disaster.
