I was absolutely thrilled with the service and the doctor we saw. I was so happy to be able to be seen for my pet the same day I called. Made me incredibly happy since we are out of towners and needed immediate attention. I have 3 dogs and you will be my choice of Vets when we need one. thanks for your help.

My 2 Gordon Setters have been patients for several years now and I feel that appointment scheduling could be quite improved in that wait time with my pet seems excessive each time I have been in. On another level, since I am a full time resident of BHC, with excellent credit rating, but on a limited income, it would be nice to be able to space payments when they are over $100.00, which is almost always. (Just my thoughts/wishes>)

Someone needs to clean grass area outside.(poop). Put up a baggie stand by your fire hydrant for customers to pick up after pets.

I enjoyed my visit with the Dr. and staff. They listen to what I have to say and take good care of my dogs. I have being going to the North Valley Pet Hospital since I moved here 19 yrs. I always tell my friends and anyone who ask where to take there pets. Best Ever.

I hope we can actually get in to the building by the next visit. I felt bad not being with my cat for her check up. Plus I prefer to talk to the vet face to face. I know you re trying to be safe, but maybe for vet visits you can ask people to wear masks. I have to wear one when I see the optometrist/optician. And we wasted a lot of gas sitting in the parking lot with our car running. Right now it s impossible to sit in the car for over an hour without it running and with the a/c on. Thank you...

Waiting outside with my dog on the inside for 90 minutes is unacceptable. Also to wait weeks for an appointment is difficult. But since I am happy with the current staff I will continue to use your services.

Because of the excessive price for dental work, I will not bring my dogs back for dental work. I ll make the drive to Las Vegas. I pay 50% less for dental care in Las Vegas. It is sad that the cost is so excessive that many pets needing dental care will not receive it. You are pricing yourself out of the pet care business and into the pet luxury business.

Office facilities were unseen this visit since the office was closed to patients (Covid19). All personnel met outside and took our pets inside the building without their humans. All staff are consistently courteous, caring, and very thorough. We love North Valley Pet Hospital!

I am very concerned about the service. My cat, Nermal is still groggy, not eating after she went in to be shaved on Saturday. She also has a large cut on her back leg that we were not told about and the cut was rough, I am not worried about the looks, just the cut, and her grogginess. I am not able to pay for another vet visit. She has not eaten in 24 hours and drinking little. I am very concerned.

Although we couldn t go in with our dog, the person who got and returned him took the time to answer my questions fully even though it meant standing outside in the heat. She was extremely friendly. We are new to this clinic and are glad we found it.
