On the phone, lousy connection. Couldn t always hear clearly the comments from the doctor. The next day follow up made me wonder at times if they knew what our dog looked like, while making comments about blood test results.

Our family loves Dr. Burno!! He is the cat whisper of Pulaski! Our cat Gabby is always in wonderful hands here! I am overly appreciative of his knowledge of cats and the care he gives our Gabby. He is truly listens to what I have to say. I just can t say how happy I am here with Pulaski Veterinary Clinic!! Thank you Dr Bruno and Pulaski Veterinary Staff for our quality care you always give Gabby!!

Despite having to do curbside, which I don t like, I felt the clinic did an AWESOME job with it. I m glad I made the switch to your clinc- everyone I spoke with was very friendly and caring.

Despite not getting in as soon as I would have liked (but I get it— I actually take my dog to another vet but they were booked up until mid August!) and I was really nervous how my dog would handle not being with me during his visit due to the curbside service. My dog came out super calm and happy, so I am thrilled! Despite the new changes and challenges we’ve all been facing during this time, you guys seem to be handling it like champs and remaining awesome and professional. Definitely will be my go to vet from now on.

My only suggestion would be to have water available for animals who have to wait outside/in vehicles, due to COVID, on hot days. I couldn’t keep it cool enough for my pups in the car and I completely forgot water.

I absolutely do not, under any circumstances, trust anybody alone with my dog or any of my cats. I am extremely against not being able to supervise any interaction that they have with any person other than myself. I am more concerned about this than COVID-19 or anything else. None of my other kids will have a vet visit without me being present.

The appointment took a seriously long time before anyone told me anything that was going on. Also you should explain pricing to people before performing ANY shots, treatments, etc. I also didn’t get any info related to the shots my dog received. No handouts?
