Get back to real appointments. The phone thing just doesn t work for me. I need to see the vet and my dog at the same time to see what is going on. Very, very difficult to ask questions.

With not being able to go in for mY pups visit it seemed awkward but not your fault. I’m elderly and had a hard time hearing what the doctor was saying over speaker phone...also not your fault. I will be happy when the covid virus slows down so we can have a personal visit.

During a very worrisome visit; communication and care was excellent and helped put us a little at ease. We trusted that our Ruby was in good hands the entire time, especially during the stress of not being able to be in the office during Covid.

Changed appointment upon call from your office due to a cancellation...got to the office on time...had a 13 minute wait on the phone to check in...checked in, then had another 7 minute wait to talk to a technician ?? Maybe we should have kept our 9:20 original appointment. But, everyone was super friendly, professionally helpful and the doctor was excellent! ????

Curbside appointments are very stressful for one of my dogs. I wish there was a way to request special visits with extra precautions for staff to cater to extra anxious pets. Not a huge fan of the wait time for lab cultures either. With my baby battling all these bacteria and it only getting worse I feel like faster turn around times would have helped more.

We have brought Goose to 3 different Veterinarians, and this vet is by far the best we have been to. Everyone was well informed and kept us in the loop throughout the entire appointment. In the end, it was an amazing experience.
