I appreciate all staff for always exceeding my expectations. Dr. Burno is probably one of the kindest and gentle Vets I ve ever met. Thank you for always taking care of my bully babies like your own.

Dr. Burno was very descriptive on the speaker phone during my dog’s exam. He explained everything as he worked with him and it was actually stress free for me to not have to get all tangled in my dog’s leash during the exam! I appreciate the social distancing and thorough exam.

Even with the pandemic, you folks have found a way to care for my critters while keeping yourselves and me as safe as possible. Thank you!

I was very pleased that I was able to get my dog in for an appointment so quickly especially being new to the clinic. The staff were very friendly and the vet was super helpful and very thorough. I had a great experience and my dog is already feeling much better. Thanks!

I couldn t answer a few of your questions because I was not allowed in the lobby.. I totally understand why I could not be with Cooper.. This is the first time Cooper saw Dr Brad.. I felt very comfortable, and even though we were only able to discuss Cooper by phone.. He made me feel at ease, and answered all my questions.. I hope he stays.. thank you !!

Dr.Brad and the staff were wonderful to us and Mocha.

How can a rate the cleanliness when I wasn t allowed inside???

I had an appt for my two dogs‘ routine check-up. When I arrived, I called as instructed to check in. The phone ran for several minutes and when someone finally answered, I was asked to hold. I stated I was only wanting to check in; the receptionist asked me to hold for a brief moment. I was on hold for 10 min, then waited another 20 min before the tech took my dog. After the vet examined my second dog, she told me I was “all set”. I was not given any further instruction so I went to the door and waited for my dog. I stood at the door for 15 min until a receptionist asked me why I was waiting. I gave her my dog’s name and when she returned she didn’t have my bill. She told me I was supposed to talk to a receptionist about the bill. No one told me this. At this point, 1.5 hrs later w/at least one dog in a parked car at all times, I was quite frustrated. While I understand the situation is unprecedented, more instruction to your procedures ahead of time could have resulted in a better experience for me.

I am disappointed regarding the trimming of Chloe, I requested this when I made the appointment for Chloe & Charolette & was told yes it could be done, I also discussed with the Dr.on the phone while Chloe was there at the Clinic, he said no problem it would be done, it WAS NOT DONE!!

I feel like I was given excellent care and that they accommodated my needs very well and were prepared to effectively wait on me while keeping myself and others safe with COVID. I do want to tell you that Milo had a severe reaction to his vaccines and I had to take him to the Emergency Vet Clinic on Lime Kiln. It was very scarey and I was lucky I got them there when I did. He was fine and about 3 and a half hours after we got home he went from fine to having his nose and face swollen and he was having difficulty breathing, etc. I know you talked to me and told me what to watch for but I think for educational purposes maybe a little more information as to what can happen might be helpful to others. I also wish that you had an on-call doctor that we can just talk to when there is an emergency. I understand that you need your personal time but my comfort level is with your staff and it is scarey enough without not knowing what to do and in my case if he was going to make it all the way to the East side of Green Bay. I love your staff and am very happy with the clinic. This is just a suggestion.

Could not answer office being clean because of covid-19..did not get inside..but appeared clean thru windows

I was having a hard time finding any Vet willing to see my injured dog. But Pulaski was fantastic! I even got a phone call a few days later, checking on him. What a wonderful Vet! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! My little Louie is improving :)
