Your staff acts in a very professional manner. They are friendly and seem very connfident in their positions.

The staff was personable, courteous and very professional. They exhibited a real passion in their concern for the animals and their human companions. Questions answered and information given was accurate and timely. Very pleased, could not ask for more!

The only comment I have is when picking up my dog from her surgery- A staff member was assisting us outside when my dog became quite ill - explosive diarrhea and she vomited several times. The staff member was trying to help us when another staff member opened the door and commented to my staff member that she “didn’t want to rush things but there were 5 other clients waiting to be helped.” Our staff member wasn’t out there chatting or wasting time - she was in fact taking care of her client who ended up needing to go back inside for an injection for the vomiting. I just feel like the staff member could have approached the situation differently, in a more sensitive manner - instead of assuming she was out there socializing, perhaps she could have asked if there was something she needed help with. Other than that I think my pet was in good hands and I’m thankful for all you do at PVC!

I am so grateful! I don t normally go to this vet, but my vet was not answering - they got my dog in and took care of her emergency right away. Thank you so much!

I m so glad we came for a third opinion with Dr. Brad. My daughter pushed me to get a fresh opinion of our dog s issue. I m so glad I did. I do think we will be making a switch from our current vet. Thank you for all that you re doing.

I am thoroughly impressed by this clinic! I am a new client and was able to get an appointment for my sick kitty within a few hours (albeit the time didn’t work on my end). My appointment the next morning was great-I loved how they had me on speaker phone throughout the exam. Felt like I was right there and could ask questions. All CDC guidelines were followed to keep the staff and myself safe during these trying times! As an ICU nurse, I appreciate that! Reasonable prices and never felt pressured. Keep up the great work guys!

Need to correct my dogs age they put into the computer that she is 1 year 2 months but she is only 17 months old. Other than that clerical error everything was fine. I really HATE not being able to go in with my babies! Hope this will be over soon as I’m sure you do too!

Dr.Burno is superb at taking care of our pets and his cordiality with us as their guardians.

As always, staff was friendly and directions were explained clearly as well as provided a copy to take home. They always seem to enjoy my pet as much as I do.

Due to COVID I was not able to go into the facility with my pet so I can not give you an answer to #6. Since I have been coming to Pulaski Vet I have had nothing but good experiences. The staff is very helpful and pleasant to work with. I have had no issues. Well just one, but its not your clinic s fault. When I am sitting in your parking lot waiting for my critter to come out or the doctor to call I always miss the call.. lol.. Must be my phone service or the blocked # s that your staff calls from. But I will take it because I am totally pleased with the services that my pets and myself have received from your clinic. I have seen a couple different doctors there for my critters one for my bunny, one for my little doggie and one for my big doggie and I have been pleased with them all. So T H A N K Y O U!!
