Overall, it was a good experience. It was hard to hear during the exam. I don t know if you use speaker phone, or a headset. I think a headset might be helpful.

Am so pleased with how our case is being handled as our dog is old and has not had treatment in years due to her fear of being gone from home now. Your phone call to follow-up with how her medication treatment is going makes me feel better about what is in the future for our Loren.

Can’t really assess number 6 as owner are not allowed in office. I like Dr Brad very much but it is hard to interact during the phone. Hopefully these restrictions will be over soon.

Absolutely do not like the curbside drop off. I changed Clinics last June and have no idea who is taking care of my pets. I ve had concerns that were not addressed to my satisfaction. At past appointments. Because of this I ve decided to use just one vet. This makes it more challenging to be get appointments. Although Dr. Brad has been very helpful and seems to pay more attention than others. Especially when I can not be in there. I have no idea of the facility is clean and cared for since I have never been in it.

This business has found a way to work well, while keeping us all safe from the Covid virus. Bravo. I would also like to say that the price you quoted to clean my dogs teeth is unbelievable. There is no way it could possibly be $800-$1000 to do this task.

I think it s stupid that I can t come in. They can have hand sanitizer when you come in make you wear a mask and clean up after you leave and not be afraid. A parent doesn t leave their children by the front door of a doctor s office and talk on the phone with the doctor. PLEASE STOP BEING AFRAID GROW UP.
