An older woman at front desk was rude-that shocked me as everyone has always been friendly in the past so I let her rudeness go...but if it happens again, I will say something to her for sure (I had never seen her before this visit)

The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.

The older tech that was with us that day needs to be coached on her bedside manner towards the owners. Some of her comments and mannerisms came off as though she was insinuating that I don’t take care of my dog, which is false and made me feel disrespected. She was also very cold towards me as the owner. To be clear the younger tech (I’m sorry I don’t remember their names) was very sweet (as always). This was on Monday morning.

Thank you so much for your kindness and patience toward my less than pleasant cat. It makes the experience so much less stressful on both of us and I really appreciate it!

I was able to be seen same day, which was wonderful in the time of Covid. I really appreciated it. Also, the staff was wonderful as always. Especially Jana, who took extra care to train/bond with my new pup in just a few extra minutes.

Dr King was great! I do wonder when a dog becomes a “senior “, at what age?

Everyone from the front desk staff and the vet techs to the Doctors themselves always treat us with kindness. Thank you ALL for being there for my furbabies :-)

Dr Bouche was more than patience with Bella during a difficult appointment. She presented what to expect with Bella and did so in a kind and loving way. The techs that were part of the appointment were also top notch. The only negative unfortunately is still the time it takes to get an appointment.

Best Vet I have ever been to in my life. Dr Bucchi is not only highly skilled but also filled with kindness and compassion. She always gets an A+ from me
