I appericate how friendly, and supportive all staff members are in caring for our needs!!! It s challenging enough bringing in two senior dogs. When our dogs were overwhelmed and stressed, how readily the staff was to accommodate us!! We have been coming here for over ten years, and will continue to return. Bubbles enjoys her appointments even though she would like you to think otherwise. She is treated very gently. Next month it is Peanut s turn. The last time he had his appointment, he got out of his carrier on the way out.Then,ran in back, down a hill in the rain and mud. Fortunately, two assistance saw this and came out and saved us both. I am sure he has something planned. Oh, by the way. The carrier was trashed.

My ussue is with the emails I receive. The most recent a week after we were seen saying Bentley is overdue for Lyme vaccine. Didn t he get one on the 19th? No one has replied to my question.

I value Dr. R s expertise and professionalism. After almost 2 decades of caring for 3 of our Springers and a Bichon, RVH has proven over and over that we can rely on them to provide the best care possible.
