This is my usual expectation when dealing with everyone there. I may have been disappointed once but that was not a regular staff member. Our 2 dogs were cared for there for 15 years and we were helped through their passing by all the staff. Our two rescue cats are getting the same fine attention now.

Let clients who have small dogs know when a large dog is in the waiting room in case the little one is afraid so we can wait outside until the large dog leaves.

Staff is always very welcoming and interacts with our dogs wonderfully. Our doctor takes the time to fully exam our dog and explains everything to us. We wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

Dr. King and your tech staff are so awesome. They love your pet family member like their own. They are so kind and caring. Dr. King takes the time to listen to your questions and concerns. She explains everything so that you understand what’s going on. It’s very hard and frustrating to get an appointment quickly but it is what it is during these times. I had to take my pet to West Bridge Animal Hospital to be seen quickly. Again Dr. King anf your tech staff are wonderful! Thank you!

Very happy to feel that we were listened to when we asked to not use the chill protocol on our dog. They gave Max a chance to behave, he was stubborn, but made it through the visit. We so appreciate the opportunity to have Max seen without sedating him!
