The older tech that was with us that day needs to be coached on her bedside manner towards the owners. Some of her comments and mannerisms came off as though she was insinuating that I don’t take care of my dog, which is false and made me feel disrespected. She was also very cold towards me as the owner. To be clear the younger tech (I’m sorry I don’t remember their names) was very sweet (as always). This was on Monday morning.

I was able to be seen same day, which was wonderful in the time of Covid. I really appreciated it. Also, the staff was wonderful as always. Especially Jana, who took extra care to train/bond with my new pup in just a few extra minutes.

Dr Bouche was more than patience with Bella during a difficult appointment. She presented what to expect with Bella and did so in a kind and loving way. The techs that were part of the appointment were also top notch. The only negative unfortunately is still the time it takes to get an appointment.

Our little King Charles Spaniel Jasper s health issues have been a source of anxiety for us over the years. Raynham Vet s friendly, caring staff and the thorough evaluations and care provided by the Veterinarians (frequently, Dr. Reamsnyder) has helped alleviate that stress and get Jasper back on his paws in no time. I was not advised how much his medicine would be until I myself looked at the bill. Sue did appologize when I was paying at checkout. I never got to give Buddy his ear medicine. He ripped my arm and shirt so much I didnt attempt it again. A waste of almost $30.

Cooper had a wonderful time boarding as always. Came home happy, well looked after and groomed like a handsome boy. I know the staff takes excellent care during his stay, only wish I could have seen staff to say thank you in person. Pam greeted me and was able to thank her.??

Everyone was very nice and helpful, especially during these times when COVID adds another layer of difficulty. I love watching the Dr. and technicians interact with my cats - they talk directly to them and are so caring. It s obvious how much the staff loves their patients.
