I called for an emergency appointment on a Saturday and they were able to fit us in! I was SO APPRECIATIVE because our doggo was in rough shape. We got a diagnosis, treatment and meds to take home. He was improved before we even left the office. I love this veterinary office. We ve been patients for 3 years and I would recommend them to everyone.

The techs need to have better communication skills. New staff I had never met took my dog and went about doing their procedures without ever telling me what they were going to do. It was nerve racking to say the least and made me and my dog very anxious. Went back 2 days later with my other dog and had some older staff who I knew and they explained exactly what they were doing and that they were going to hold my dog while they did their thing. Made me and my dog very comfortable with all their tasks. That’s the Raynham veterinary hospital I know and love. And Dr. Buche was phenomenal, as always. She always knows how to explain things so I understand and feel good about the decisions she helps me make for my fur babies. The front desk staff are always helpful and kind. For the most part, this is the best office I have ever been to with my animals. Thank you all for doing what you do!! Just please train your newer staff in good communication. Please!!!

My wife pays about $100/ hour to get her nails done! My dog was there less than 5 minutes and I was charged $44 to have his nails clipped…that’s about $850/hour. Seems rather excessive!

Raynham Vets is fantastic. They genuinely care about the health of each pet! My puppy has cancer and they are with me each step through the process and understand my feelings. This is my usual expectation when dealing with everyone there. I may have been disappointed once but that was not a regular staff member. Our 2 dogs were cared for there for 15 years and we were helped through their passing by all the staff. Our two rescue cats are getting the same fine attention now.
