I ve been with Raynham Veterinary Hospital since Dr. Reamsnyder started across from the pond in the 80s. Today, there is no team better than Jana and Kim as techs and Sue on the desk. Such a solid team. I jhave trusted them with my babies lives. I m always disappointed when they re not there. I know they can t work all the time. I just thought I would let you know. On my most recent visit there were other techs and people on the desks and I just don t have the same feelings about them. I just don t leave the office with the same feelings as I do when Kim, Jana and Sue are there. Those ladies are worth their weight in gold.

You folks are always so good with our dog Nala, even with her not liking other animals, you always make it easy to bring her in without causing any issues with other animals

my experience was really awesome. very nice staff and vets. I just wish there was separate waiting rooms for cats vs dogs like some other places as I am very scared of dogs and find it very uncomfortable being in the same space as big barking dogs

As usual the service was outstanding. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Dr Bouche took the time to explain an issue she saw with our pets eye and thoroughly explained it to us and answered the many questions we had. LOVE THEM!!!!

The vet techs needs to use less force when handling the dog and need to verbalize what they are doing or about to do to the dog so the owner is aware. That way the owner can prepare either themselves or their pet for what is to happen and so also allow for less unnecessary procedures. Trust the owner that they know their animal.

Dr. R was fantastic. Unfortunately I had to say goodbye to my Lilly Saturday morning in Rhode Island. No reason found for her lungs being filled with fluid. I was satisfied with the care and quick transfer outto Rhode Island from raynham. Thanks for everything.
