Hi Noah’s, I absolutely love the Noah’s franchise. I started at Stop 11 and when we moved to Greenfield I was so happy to find Noah’s here. Dr. Brunel, Dr. Crowe, and Dr. Hedges have all been so knowledgeable and helpful. Baloo is better off being a patient of Noah’s and I feel confident in that chose. I have never questioned the care we receive and I always feel more enabled to care for my boy. Noah’s Brandywine staff has proven to be so solid. They feel like family. Baloo went through some serious scares this year and I wouldn’t trust anyone but the staff at Noah’s. All my best, Annika & Baloo Hoover

Did not like the drop off and will be seen when doctor is available. If this is the only option in the future will not be back

When I dropped Bo off for boarding, the individual knew he had diarrhea for a few days. I explained if it didn’t clear up I approved meds, food etc, whatever the vet thought was needed. When I picked him up, he still had diarrhea and they told me they didn’t know he came in with diarrhea. Would have been nice if staff would have communicated so the techs or whoever was seeing him knew and maybe could have started interventions sooner. I’m thankful someone canceled their drop off appointment so he was able to stay and be seen the day I picked him up. The doc was great discussing and he was started on meds and special food.

With Dr. Crowe being the only vet at the office, I waited 6/7 weeks for an appointment. My experience with the staff is always pleasant. They are friendly, helpful and take the time to listen to your concerns.

It is such a shame that Dr.Crowe has not been able to get another vet on board - she s booking so far out now. Please get more vet support for your awesome staff!

Dr. CROWE is always such a wonderful vet! My cat felt so safe with her and she is a very knowledgeable vet. Thankful for her and her team for helping our furbabies get better.
