I really appreciated that Dr. Hedges took time to explain things to me and give me advice about how to move my very anxious kitty to New York. I feel a lot more confident going into this move. We will miss Noah’s Brandywine!

The office was prepared to reschedule my appointment that had been set up for months ahead. The did accommodate a visit for vaccines needed for boarding, but now will have to schedule another appointment for renewing monthly heartworm/flea oral medication. Scheduling pet appointments are not timely or at times convenient.

Dr Hedges is greater than I could have hoped for! She spent a great deal of time going over everything. Really appreciate her kindness. The nurse was also awesome!!

I’m disappointed that I asked in advance for my dogs anal glands to be expressed at his wellness appointment and the tech told us he needed to be given trazadone for them to do it. He’s not by any means an aggressive dog and has not put up any fight for me to try and express them at home - I unfortunately don’t know what i’m doing so have not been successful in relieving his discomfort. I wish someone would have asked us to help keep him distracted and calm for this to get done rather than having us need to find another appointment for just the gland expression. His butt is literally raw from how much he has been licking and I now am scrambling to try and find somewhere to express his glands this weekend before I am out of state for work for the next 2 weeks. I appreciate what did get accomplished at the appointment, but I have had multiple disappointments at his visits over the years and will be finding a new provider.
