A little updating of the exams room would be nice. The blinds on the windows were damaged. With the amount of money spent to see the vet I would think a few dollars could be spent on new blinds. I think it was outrageous to be charged $50 for a simple fecal sample. I won’t be doing that again. I really love Dr Crowe. She makes it such a pleasant experience for my dog. I love that she plays with my dog while doing the exam. She’s just wonderful!

I really like the service I (we) get here at Brandywine Animal Hospital. If there is one way I see to improve is if they can reduce the wait time from between when the tech takes us to the room and when the doctor sees us. The wait during this time with an animal that doesn t really want to be there can be trying sometimes.
