We recently had our first visit with our elderly cat, and we couldn’t be more impressed. The vet took so much time to thoroughly explain everything and offer thoughtful suggestions for our cat’s care. The entire office staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We’re so happy with the experience and will definitely continue bringing our cats here for all their care needs!

Someone on your staff carefully explained to my 69 year old husband that we are over feeding/treating our beautiful Panda dog and that if we stop giving her 4 chicken nuggets every evening with her evening 1 cup Purina One Lamb and Rice she will become healthier and young/ puppy-like again. And she has lost weight already this week even though the weather was not ideal for walks at the park. She is more puppy like. Thank you for stopping us from loving her to death. We were so grieving our Mae that we were harming Panda. You all are the best and most patient. It was hard to be villains at first but the results were so immediate. We are rewarding with more affection and she is thinner and more playful. Steve is a complicated man, but your staff hit a home run in communication. Well done.

The vets and pet medical staff did wonderful job dealing with pet parents without internet and probably other equipment that uses electricity. Yes, it was a long process but every patient was seen! Good job ladies!!!
