AJl staff members that I interacted with were very nice and professional especially when dealing with my over anxious and scared dogs first time to a vet for wellness check and shots. Knowing little about Shelbes reactions to vet visits, I think the staff made this visit a good experience for her which I greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Both of my dogs had bleeding after their nails were clipped. Had some concerns about this. The nails on the front two paws of one of my dogs didn t appear to have been clipped.

I love the drive through option! Dixie just needed updates on her shots and this was so convenient. The staff was friendly and efficient!

I used the drive up service for the first time. It was actually pretty neat and very convenient as no appointment is needed. It would be nice if it were also available on Wednesdays, too. I felt my concerns were heard and validated. I didn t catch any names but the lady working the window on Monday, August 25 was very friendly and helped answer questions regarding comments on the paperwork from the vet s assessment. Also, the young lady that came out to bring my kitty, Ringo, in to be seen was extremely helpful. When I arrived that morning, my kitty was outside of her carrier for my failed efforts. That young lady politely asked if she could sit in my backseat to better bundle Ringo up in a towel to put her in the carrier to prevent kitty from running out the door. She did a fantastic job, I was impressed! All in all, I had a great first experience with drive up. I ll definitely be using it again.

All staff was very kind, helpful and informative. Dr. Skinner s demeanor was very compassionate and calm with my 5yr old dog.

My pet nurse was friendly and my cat liked her. Dr Skinner performed her exam on Jimmy and answered all my questions

I wanted to give a shout out to the vet tech who helped me with my dog Sophie. She was very good at explaining answers to questions I had and did not make me feel rushed at all. I appreciated her professionalism and positive attitude!

The doctor who came in was not good for our dog. She only touched her once and it was for 5 seconds to flop her ear over. She never looked in my dog s ears. She never felt or looked at the bumps that Lexie has over most of her body to determine what they were. The rawness of Lexie s skin has gotten better, but she hasn t been scratching at it. Nothing else has improved because I believe she was double misdiagnosed. I am not confident the vet even likes pets. When she walked in the room, she never even acknowledged Lexie to try to introduce herself to her or talk to her or pet her. She just darted at her and started grabbing her (sore) ears. It was ridiculous. Hopefully we can figure out ourselves what is wrong with her because I am NOT taking Lexie back there. The rest of the staff was great, especially front desk.
