My dogs prescription strength was wrong. Instead of 3.6 gms. it was 16gms. If I hadn’t been observant, I don’t know how this could have affected my dog. People in office must be more careful.

The doctor was very nice and took the time to explain things to us without rushing. The staff was also friendly. My dog is doing GREAT after surgery, and when she needs the other side of her hip done, we will be back here to do it. I want to thank them for their care of my pet

Simply put, I would not consider taking my pets anywhere else (and I drive 30 to 45 minutes from the far south side of Indianapolis to get there). You guys are the best!

Dr. Skinner is the best vet I ve ever gone to. So patient and caring. She explains all very well and makes sure you understand what is going on with your animal or results. She is Great!!!

I was a little surprised by how beat-up the exam room was given the facility is as new as it is; however, that did not stop the excellent treatment we were given by Dr Skinner!

I really appreciate the walk in services! it felt like the vet technician visually looked at my cats issue more than the actual vet which is understandable given the walk in nature of things

This was a great way for Maggie to be seen quickly for a non urgent but uncomfortable problem by Dr. Skinner & include her f/U labs. Except that only Maggie went in we found this no different than a routine office visit. Dr. Skinner wrote us a report and called us the next day and spoke in detail to us about Maggie and her labs AND meds for another pet. We love ALL PETS,THE EXPRESS,THE STAFF and especially DR.SKINNER!
