The wait time was very long. Sitting in a car and having to be back within 5 minutes of being called is difficult. I arrived around 9:20 and my dog was number 19 in line. We were not seen until 1:45. Definitely did not expect to sit there that long in a parking lot. The waiting room was full. I also asked someone if they close for lunch and she said no. But then at 12:40 I went in to see the number they were on and a different lady at the front said we are on a pause until 1:00.

Everything seemed to go while. I do wish during lunch time they had someone to answer the phone. I missed an important call that required a decision from me while my dog was still under Anastasia but was able to get through because they called during lunch and I called right back within 10 minutes but no one was there to answer. It did cause a bit of a nervous panic with me.

Roxy and I were walk ins so that will explain the wait time. The office was very busy and we did have to wait but the staff was doing the best they could.

It should not take three hours to be seen with only four patients ahead of us. The staff should show a little more urgency when they have you in an examination room. The staff is very friendly they just need to be more efficient time wise.
