I ve been coming there for 5 years. For whatever reason they come out to get Santa and I didn t get to come in, I didn t like that at all. Then they brought him back out for me to muzzle him, we ve never had to do that before in the 5 years. I didn t understand something on the bill, staff said we ll go ask and come back out and explain. I waited about 8 minutes, I had to go to restroom so I left. Nobody called me to explain. His meds are for dogs 44-88 lbs and he s 88lbs. That doesn t seem right to me so I ll call monday. After this experience I think I might look for another vet. They took zero time with me and stressed Santa out. This was just for his check up. Not happy with this visit at all. Thank you for the survey..
