Julie was such a kind and thoughtful tech! I felt that William was in very good hands. There was a gentleman (I don’t know his name) that provided the discharge instructions and brought William out. He was also the tech for our cat Muffin’s surgery previously. He is also very kind and knowledgeable! I’m happy to recommend All Pet to friends and colleagues.

The staff is very friendly, I brought my dog in who suffers from severe separation anxiety and the vet we seen was very knowledgeable about it and actually listened to my concerns as I explained how my dog has been dealing with this for years and how our previous vet refused to change anything or offer any other options to help manage it. She offered several different options to help manage it along with medication changes, she took the time to explain everything very well, my dog was nervous about having her ears looked at and the vet didn’t hold her down or anything, she waited until my dog was comfortable and made it very quick as not to stress her out more. I will definitely be using them from now on for both my dogs

Only wish I ever have is wish it was easier to get Tank in super early in morning to avoid heat and over heating/respiratory distress

Thank you so much for making us feel comfortable. The last time Buttercup was at a Vets office she had been hurt by her older sister. Thank you for taking the time to care for her and making sure that Butters was comfortable and happy. We found our new vet!

What waiting time? I ve been to probably 15 vets over 60 years, and AllPet is clearly the best, and it s not even close. Dr. Skinner is the best vet I ve ever worked with.

Walk-ins are 9 to 3, but clients were already on the list when I got there at 8:40. I would have been nice to know that I could have come earlier and not had as long a wait time.

The vet tends to talk AT you instead of TO you; she hurries and loud talked a bunch of medical information that I didn t really understand, then told me they d be in with an estimate for services that I again, didn t understand. Also, they couldn t get a blood sample from my cat, who is semi-feral when he feels threatened. I thought that was crazy - couldn t they wrap him up or something? A vet office has to deal with resistant animals all the time, I d think they d have a way to handle them! Not a great visit, frankly.

It is a great improvement in customer service. I even mentioned it. Your staff from the front desk to the assistant to Dr skinner was operating with compassion , professionalism and efficiency. I drive 30 minutes one way. It’s not an easy drive on I 70 with pets. This staff and Doc Skinnsr is A+. Phoenix and Luna appreciate it.
