I am so happy to have been referred to you. I felt every one was friendly and professional. Dr Skinner explained everything more than my previous vet and I feel I was not shamed for my decision for Buddy’s treatment. I’m impressed with all the staff and will recommend you to anyone who asks about a vet

The recent staff changes was a great upgrade. Dr. Skinner is the best and always is so thorough and I dont feel like im rushed and takes the time like she care A plus in my book

The compassion and care provided by every staff member I encountered was amazing! After visiting another veterinary practice and learning of my dog s diagnosis, I was convinced I was going to have to say my goodbye due to the cost of the procedure. I called All Pet on a Monday right before closing time and by Wednesday my dog was in having a life saving surgery at a price I could afford. Dr. Petersmanns, the techs, and the receptionist were all very nice and made me feel my dog was in excellent hands. My dog is now home recovering! Thank you so much to the entire team and the team at the All Pet clinic across the street!

No one told me I could have made an appointment for nail trimming.That would have helped me not o sit for 4 hours!

When calling to make an appointment, it was encouraged to just do a walk-in appointment for vaccines. I waited in the car for at least an hour with my dog, who was already anxious. My only recommendation is to advise us that it will be an exceptionally long wait. I was only told that I would be notified when it was our turn. I arrived at 1 but didn t leave until after 3pm. If I was informed that the entire process would be over 2 hours, I would have made an appointment (as I initially wanted to do in the first place.) Other than that, it was great, as always. You guys are so sweet and kind to my Marley and I appreciate all you do for our fur kids.

I am terrible with names but everyone on the staff that Thorfinn and I met was friendly, patient and were easy to talk with about Thorfinn s needs moving forward. Other staff not directly involved in Thorfinn s care went out of their way to make his acquaintance. 10/10 the friendliest place I ve ever taken a pet.
