Diane/Diana was incredibly sweet and informative when bringing in my rescue puppy. I love to ask questions and each one was answered! This was my first visit here and I was quite satisfied with the prices and overall visit here. Will return again!

My cat Alto is VERY stressed and reactive at the vet & everyone handled it exceptionally great! Alto was treated with just as much sweetness as a non reactive cat would be. All my questions were answered and everyone took the time to explain everything to me. It was my first time coming here, and I will for sure be transferring all three of my cat s care to this vet! Your prices also make vet care significantly more accessible, which really helps out!!

Your survey should include Not Applicable as an option. The Pet Express service includes checking in and paying at a drive thru window,and staff picking pets up at their car,so there was no opportunity to review the cleanliness of office facilities. I am VERY grateful as a M-F 8:30-5:00 worker that you recently resumed Saturday hours for immunization and wellness checks.

I ask for help getting my dog in and out of my car. When getting him out I pinched my hand in the ramp I had. It was bleeding and still couldn t get assistance. When I left the lady did hold onto my dog while I got the car ready to put him in the car.
