Staff was honest that wait time would be about 2 hours and it ended up being less than that. They were very accommodating during wait time and frequently came in with info.

This is for the first time I and cat Stuffy came to Noah s Hospital on July 26th. We got in at 10:30ish but was not seen until 4:00ish. I know there was a wait but that was one heck of a wait. I was so happy with Dr. Kyle Schmidt. He took time to listen to me, wrote notes and examined Stuffy s mouth well and took pics to show me. Everyone there is so nice and friendly.

I’m not happy with paying $82.00 for a B12 injection. Not that long ago it was only $40.00. I understand inflation but $82.00 a month for me is very pricey.

Every step of the process took too long. We waited with our cat for over six hours. Maybe additional staff is warranted especially at the prices you charge.
