I understand that there are certain ( rules ) applying to the dispensing of Some Drugs BUT when it costs me nearly $300 just to get some Proin for my 17yr old dog ( who’s in perfect health other than needing proin, I think that’s Ridiculous and Absurd to take people over the coals just because you can, it’s called taking advantage of the coustomer when there’s absolutely nothing they can do about it and that just ain’t right. HOWEVER I love my Tec. & My Doc.

all of our nurses, techs, and our vet were very friendly and thorough in providing care for my dog. however, the clinic seemed as if they were short staffed and overwhelmed by the volume of clients. if possible, increasing staffing during busy hours may help with wait times.

Genesis at the front desk was caring and compassionate. I do not recall our vet’s name, but he did a great job. He validated my concerns; he did a thorough physical exam. Although we received devastating news, he did it in a compassionate manner. As a social worker and a pet parent, I commend your facility for having the suicide prevention hotline in your bathroom.
