Every step of the process took too long. We waited with our cat for over six hours. Maybe additional staff is warranted especially at the prices you charge.

Everyone was pleasant and the cat room was great, as it had a window with a cat seat to watch the wildlife feeding area just outside! Dr graybo was thorough in her explanation and professional and kind in her manner… I highly recommend this place!

The staff were all so kind and friendly! It was our first visit and they made me and my kitten feel safe and cared for, and helped me fully understand my options for care that day. I’m excited for our next visit and look forward to coming back.
