I apologize, I don t remember the name of the vet tech that helped Colby and I during our visit recently, but I really appreciated that the staff noted that Colby does not like getting his temperature taken through his bum and adjusted with an ear thermometer. It was so much easier and less stressful for my scared pup. Thank you!

I understand that it was very busy. I just wish that I could have been told I could leave Franklin there since he was getting xrays. I think that he would have been calmer. But it turned out ok.

I love the people and facility. Sadly they seem to be short-staffed. Went to the ER got right into a room and then sat for 2 1/2 hours and ended up being seen a doctor at the clinic. I understand surgeries happen, but update us and give us options and have more then one doc on staff. I had to ask to be seen by the clinic and was lucky to get in. Maybe change some procedures to help with cases back and forth. Not the first time this has happened.
