couldnt use the plastic no itch collar they put on her! She couldnt drink or eat and ran into everything! I took it back! I just put no itch on her paws and she quit licking it

I really think this is a great place to take our pets for care. Price was reasonable & everyone was very nice. A huge plus for me is that vaccinations for my cat was my choice.

Doctor Schoonveld did a fantastic job of going over in detail the answers to my questions. My dogs are turning 13 years old and are starting to show their age. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and helpful; offered to hold my dogs while I went to the restroom. Great experience!

I live in Shelbyville I bring Bella there because I trust the Dr to Take care of her. They did an awesome job when they spayed her she has had no problems. She is doing very well since her visit. It is worth the long trip to have her looked at I know they will be honest to me. Judy Hill

The receptionist ignored us for about three minutes upon arrival. It was really awkward to stand there while she studiously did not make eye contact. Three minutes isn’t long unless you are one of two people in a room not talking. Just a simple “hi! Can you give me just a second?” would have made this way less weird. We adore the vets and techs! Thanks for being awesome!

I brought in a wounded stray cat that frequents my home outside. I just didn’t know how to help this bleeding, hurting cat..Once at FAH, the staff were kind, helpful and professional just like when I bring in my other animals. They gave me options, he got shots and I brought him home- sheltered outside. He now, 4 days later only has a limp. Swelling is down, no bleeding or pus. I’m so thankful FAH was there for the helpless!

Everything was great. I love Frankfort Animal. The service is always good. The one constructive criticism is that I feel the vet tech Erin seemed very busy. Maybe she had a lot to do this day. But it appeared she was in a hurry to move things along. She was kind however. Overall an A+ still.
