Our experience there has been good each time. One thing that I think would make it even better is for the animals to be examined there in the room with us present. I appreciate being able to see that things are done well and to see how our animals respond.

A hook at the servive desk would help persons with a leash to use the hook while paying for the bill after treatment easier.

I dont love that they take my dog back and do an exam without me there. I should have an option. I have another dog at home that is fearful and does better when I am there to help with her Cooperative Care training. I am not sure if I can bring her to the same vet if I cant be there for the exam. I am a fear free trainer and typically go to fear free vets.

Olivia was fantastic and so helpful. I think it’s a little odd that through the whole experience I didn’t see or talk with Dr. Hughes. Is this normal or was it an exceptionally busy day? Just curious. Front desk staff was also great.

Wonderful visit
