We absolutely love all of the office staff and veterinarians at Frankfort Animal Hospital. Everyone is so kind and knowledgable. My Golden had a severe UTI. The staff worked her in that day and made sure she got on the appropriate antibiotic. She is already feeling 100% better!

Charges were not explained.

They were great to us and our dog very friendly and explained everything thank you so much won’t take our fur babies anywhere else

I ARRIVED 20 MINUTES EARLY AND THEN I HAD TO WAIT 25 MINUTES PAST MY APPT TIME .MY CAT STESSES OUT COMING THERE WHICH STRESSED ME OUT . My baby Lula was in pain, and they worked me in for an appointment the same day. Emily was great on the phone scheduling us, and her Doc was great about checking everything that could be wrong. Thanks for caring.....it shows.

My dog had surgery on Wednesday to be spayed.she was also boarded while I was on vacation.I was told that someone would text or call me to get an update.surgery was at 8:00. Heard from no one so I called at around 1:00 and was told she was next and someone would get with me. Heard NOTHING. Called that evening and u were closed.I had to call the next morning to find out the status of my dog. I left my text and phone number. I really expected more out of your practice.

I picked up my dog from a procedure and I was met with her in the lobby instead of a room and I would have preferred a room, so that I could ask more questions. Thank you.

Was bery happy with service treatment and staff

The only complaint would be that I had to wait twenty minutes to be seen. I am always on time for my appointments. The staff is amazing as always with my pets. The vet was so concerned that my cat was as comfortable as possible. The vet tech was super sweet also. This is why I drive 35 to 40 minutes to get there.

I hope that I gave 5 stars for everything and that 5 stars is the best because you all were.

Dr. Kurt handled a difficult first exam for our dog Buddy in a very professional way. He diagnosed a cancer tumor with an xray and bloodwork and followed up with four options and took the time to talk me through each option and answered my questions with compassion. I will never go anywhere else and recommended him to my friend Erin Wilson who will be calling soon to set up an appt for her lab.
