I really appreciated being able to be seen the same day I called. The vet and vet tech were both friendly and professional and their calm manners helped keep our kitty s anxiety at a manageable level.

We spent nearly two hours there on Saturday morning trying to decide what was going on with our 15 year old pug, Twix. Dr. Mummert and the whole staff was wonderful. We had to decide whether to treat him or let him go and the Dr. did a great job helping us weigh our options. We decided to treat him and he is already doing much better and is more like his old self.

Everyone was friendly and helpful and caring.

Erica is amazing!!!! She took her time so Taurus was comfortable with her. ;-)

I got home & realized I didn t receive our Nexguard. Had to go back & wait awhile to get it. Asked for price of dental cleaning, but Did not get that either.

Amazingly friendly front staff!! The doctor was wonderful!! I felt like she would have spent all day with me if I had asked. Very thorough and kind. So happy our friends referred us to them!!

Our visits have always been awesome. Never have we had to wait. If there is 1 thing I would suggest (and only because I m a housekeeper in a hospital). You might wanna clean the ceiling vents. Lol You guys are great.

Zoetis pet care rewards was difficult to complete. Using a mail in rewards program would be more helpful.

I have very much enjoyed the staff. They are do friendly and nice. My two dogs enjoy coming in and always treated fantastic.

The grooming lady needs to be more friendly. And her prices are too much,I ususally take my husky there to have her groomed while there for her boarding stay an ended up having to take her somewhere else to be groomed. The price I paid was only $40.00 instead of $100.00 with her.

In less than a day Jack was MUCH better. We are very pleased !

I would like to thank everyone for their help. You make me feel really good to bring my cat in.I know she is getting all the attention and love she deserves.

I’m grateful they were able to see us on short notice, however, the exam performed by the doctor was clearly not thorough, as we ended up back at pet hospital Saturday. My cheif complaint was the cat was throwing up what I believed was blood. I was also concerned about his teeth. I was told by the vet tech who took my cat in, that the exam, which we paid for, would be a full and thorough exam. The vet we saw Saturday at a different pet hospital said there was no way if the vet did any kind or exam they should have missed multiple abscess teeth. The infection was so bad they told us our cat likely would have died in the next few days had he not been treated. I’m requesting a full refund for all services performed at Frankfort animal Hospital and will not be returning to this vet.

Our care was wonderful! We really felt as though the staff loved our dog as much as we do and they went above and beyond to make sure our “baby” was well cared for!

Dr Mummert and Cheyanne were very caring and gave my pet a thorough examination. I greatly appreciated the follow-up call from the doctor to explain the blood-work findings and options.
