No real big deal, just thought someone would call to check on him the day after his cleaning since he was put under and had another procedure.

Everyone is always great with our animals. Treat the animals like their own. Always take time to answer any questions we have.

Could not make the mouse work to mark opinions, but all excellent.

I think it would be nice if there was leash hooks up at the main desk area to hook your dog up to while paying etc.

It was a little more than what I was expecting on the cost. But I didn’t ask up front how much. I was going by previous costs at my other vet.

I have had to wait 20-30 min before someone comes in to start my appointment. Other than that I’ve always had a great experience!

I love everything about this vet office! The staff are super friendly, exceptionally helpful, and extremely compassionate. I plan on leaving the Herrmann Veterinary Clinic (located in Noblesville) and taking my dog here instead!

It would be nice if the online services were more clear. I love this vet clinic and will no doubt be coming back but I received three emails saying that I needed to make an appointment and when I did I traveled 40 minutes to the appointment only to be told it was a mistake and sent back out the door.

My daughter tried to schedule an appointment for our dog cocoa to get her nails trimmed and the receptionist told my daughter she had to get her shots and rabies but our dog has been going there forever. And wasn t even able to get the appointment

The staff and the vet were fantastic however the wait time to be seen took an excessive amount of time. The wait time to check out was extremely long as well.
