We asked to have a doctor listen to Warner s cough. When I picked him up, the technician said there was nothing listed in his chart so she assumed that meant it was nothing. With nothing listed in his file, I m wondering if anyone actually listed to his cough or lungs or if it was mistakenly forgotten. It s something that was not previously normal for him and has not improved since it began a month or so ago.

I appreciate so much being able to schedule an appointment for as soon as I could get there, in order to have my dog s eye condition checked out. It is always worth the trip to come to Frankfort Animal Hospital first!

I stay with FAH even though I’m driving twice the distance because I trust the doctors and techs who work with my dog. Even though I only have to come once a year (most years), we are treated with respect and thoroughness. I am a loyal fan!

My over-the--phone quote and actual cost were very different. Unnecessary medicines were perscribed (as reported by another vet). These experiences led me to believe that I was taken advantage of. Perhaps to earn more money you can retain more patients with better practices and price gouge less?
