Willis was treated like a member of their family, as was I. I had no wait time as we were taken to the exam room within 5 minutes. Our vet tech was pleasant and reassuring. Our Vet was kind and took plenty of time explaining exam findings, and what I need to keep an eye on. We’ll be back.

Our family is so glad that we found Frankfort Animal Hospital. Everyone was so friendly and caring. Charlie and Tucker were taken care of and even with their overnight stay we were not worried about their care. Thank you to everyone at Frankfort Animal Hospital for being so great!!

Everything was great!! We love the Frankfort Animal Hospital and staff. Only thing I would possibly change is the option to purchase the cone, $14.00 is quite a lot for plastic when there are other options available.

It was an emergency, me and my pet just walked in without an appointment. I was a wreck because my baby was hurting. They calmed me and saw my pet right away. Thankfully, his injury wasn t as bad as it looked. The caring staff fixed him up quickly.

I love going to this animal hospital. Everyone is always so kind and the vet techs, as well as the doctors, take such good care of my animals that I travel an hour out of my way to go there. The space is inviting and I can tell that everyone loves their job and cares about each and every patient walking through their doors

My biggest complaint from previous appointments is the time I’ve had to spend past my appointment time in the room waiting. This past one was fine but before that I spent an hour in the room waiting. Appointments are made around my schedule so I may have this in between other things to do.
