Staff Provider Facility it self Waiting Time Fees
My biggest complaint from previous appointments is the time I’ve had to spend past my appointment time in the room waiting. This past one was fine but before that I spent an hour in the room waiting. Appointments are made around my schedule so I may have this in between other things to do.

Ashley and Flannery were very friendly. Flannery listened patiently as I explained how I found our mother cat.Noah booked my appointment and he was very helpful, as well. I drive close to an hour to come to Frankfort Animal Hospital… and I would drive 2 more if need be. We value Dr. Streu and his vet technician, Olivia so very much. We wish you were closer, however, we will continue to make the drive to Frankfort Animal Hospital for pet care and boarding.

My only complaint is the long wait time between check in and actually being seen by a tech. This has been the norm every time I’ve visited. Waiting 30-40 to be seen with an anxious pet is not a pleasant experience.

Would be great to have a guest wireless (WIFI) connection for the time spent in the waiting room as the phone reception in the building is extremely poor.
