I have always valued you guys and your compassionfor owners and care for our pets, but with Fonzie, the ball was seriously dropped. I know Covid changes procedures but it shouldn t change people s hearts for animals and their owners. Feel like our $241 was more important than our losing a beloved family member. What has happened to you guys? Like you lost your vision of decency.

Just wondering why Dr Strueh didn’t consult with me prior to giving Nuala a steroid shot. She hasn’t had any problems with abdominal fluid since the episode last year. I stated to the tech, Dani, she hasn’t had a repeat episode and has been fine since then.

The vet was initially judgmental about my dog’s condition implying she had not been poorly cared for. I explained I took her there on the first available appointment and I knew she needed help, but they couldn’t see her sooner. Maybe the vets shouldn’t just assume we are bad owners. I love my dogs and do everything to make sure they are happy and well. They are not neglected one bit, in fact, quite pampered.

I just got a feral cat and I needed her check and for her to get the needed shots. They were very helpful since I wasn t sure how to get it in the crate. Needless to say, I was able to get the cat in the crate, so now she has her shots and very healthy.

Dr. Mummert is by far the best vet we have ever had!! And my father in law is a vet! She takes so much time with us, explaining things. We took our older labradoodle, Libby, to her and she was so patient with us. Now we have a puppy and she has been great. I can’t say enough good things about her. We drive from Westfield to see her. She calls to follow up on the pet and their well being. That’s basically unheard of. At least I’ve never had a vet do that before. I’ve had many dogs and cats and I wish Dr. Mummert had been around to take care of them all. She’s the best!!

My dog Henry is not friendly around other dogs and the staff has always been so nice to both of us in providing us a safe secure environment so that whatever services were needed, Henry s comfort/security and those of other customers/pets have always been considered. I ve always appreciated that.
