Great experience! Timely, friendly and explained everything clearly/thoroughly.

I recently had hip surgery and one of the employees saw me come in the door with a cane and hurried over to take my cat carrier for me. And Dr Mummert carried it out to my car afterwards which I really appreciated.

Dr. Hughes got back to us very quickly with the update on our dog’s status, what procedures were done and what the findings were. She had a plan and clearly informed us of our options. We have full confidence in her ability to care for our pet!

I would suggest Dr. Towne introduce herself or wear a name tag. I had to ask her if she was the vet. She just said yes but never offered her name or introduced herself. I found out it was Dr. Towne who served us by reading my receipt.

Everyone was great. Since my legs are not working too well, they went above & beyond to help me.
